Entering the industry as an ambitious new player, C2 quickly established its name by contributing to major projects alongside some of New Zealand’s leading contractors, including Fletcher Construction, Brian Perry Civil, and McConnell Dowell. Built on a foundation of quality, efficiency, and reliability, we have earned a strong reputation within Auckland’s construction sector.

We specialise in foundation works, formwork, assisting steel fixers, concreting, precast panel installation, and carpentry works, delivering practical and cost-effective solutions for projects of all sizes. Since its establishment, the company has grown into two key divisions: Contracting and Workforce Supply , hence reflecting both our growth and versatility. Our experienced team of veteran builders and skilled tradespeople bring decades of expertise across residential, commercial, civil, industrial, and infrastructure developments, working collaboratively with clients, site supervisors, and engineers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality results.

With over 30 years of leadership and project management experience, Carl is a highly competent, detail-oriented professional known for a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to excellence. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams, managed resources, and implemented best practices that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity while meeting tight deadlines and budgets. Backed by a comprehensive understanding of multiple trades and disciplines  including project management, supply chain operations, cost control, and organisational leadership, Carl has consistently delivered exceptional results across diverse projects. A self-motivated leader who sets clear goals and leads by example, he fosters collaboration and drives positive change through strong interpersonal skills, motivating and inspiring teams to achieve their best.

Loloma Tuivai

Administration and office manager

Paulo Cooper Tuivai

Human resource/health & safety manager

As Human Resources and Health & Safety Manager, Paulo brings extensive experience in the construction industry, backed by a strong foundation in civil and structural engineering. Since joining C2 Contracting in 2021, he has developed strong leadership, administration, and project coordination skills, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and team development. Holding a Diploma in Civil Engineering and currently completing a Bachelor’s degree at Manukau Institute of Technology, Paulo combines technical expertise with a growing passion for health and safety and effective people management. His industry experience, including time with Brian Perry Civil as a leading hand for three years, has equipped him with a deep understanding of compliance, risk management, and workplace wellbeing. Dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and productive work environment, he plays a key role in driving the company’s commitment to both employee welfare and operational excellence
