Ormiston Rise
C2 Contracting Limited is proud to have supported the delivery of Ormiston Rise, a large-scale, master-planned community in Flat Bush, Auckland. Developed by The Neighbourhood South Development Ltd, the project includes over 715 residential lots, along with extensive roading, accessways, and a comprehensive green space network designed for community recreation.
Working alongside the wider project team, C2 Contracting is delivering civil construction services across multiple stages of the development. Our scope includes:
- Earthworks and platform preparation
- Concrete works and formwork for roads, footpaths, and drainage structures
- Installation of stormwater, wastewater, and water supply infrastructure
- Support for erosion and sediment control measures to ensure environmental compliance during construction
